Scope of Work

The Village of Palm Springs, Florida (Village) is seeking electronic proposals from experienced, reliable, and qualified vendors to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and/or materials to construct, improve, repair, or replace the Village utilities’ various plant and infrastructure facilities, including water production, transmission, and distribution; wastewater collection, transmission, and reclamation; and reuse water transmission system, at various locations throughout the Village of Palm Springs, Florida. The Village anticipates awarding more than one (1) contract to the selected vendors with individual work authorizations issued for each project on an emergency and non-emergency basis.
