    Issue and Conducting Procurement Unit: Washington County School DistrictThe purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure firm, competitive pricing from qualified vendors to process donated USDA food commodities into the products listed below for the 2026-2027 school year under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).Product details on attached Excel sheet.Bids will only be accepted from processors who have been approved by the State of Utah Child Nutrition Office to process in Utah.Please read all attached specifications and documents.This RFP is expected to result in multiple awards, with contracts granted to the highest scoring proposals for each line item based on the established evaluation methodology outlined in our Terms & Conditions document.Contract Term: The contract will begin July 1, 2026 and go through June 30, 2027, with a possibility of (4) one year renewals, if agreeable to both parties.
