A copy of the Request for Proposals is available at wcwcd.gov/procurement/.Proposals must be received by the district no later than Friday, April 3, 2026, 5:00 pm .The district will manage this solicitation through the Kahua Online Bid Room application (Kahua). The district strongly prefers that submissions and questions be made through Kahua. Please see the Request for Proposals for instructions on accessing Kahua.
