The District will evaluate proposals based on avariety of data and criteria, including, but not limited to, vendor experienceand professional references, pricing and cost effectiveness, quality of workand past performance, functionality, adherence to specifications such asimplementation methods and timelines, and security and compliance standards. Asused herein, the terms “vendor,” “seller,” “contractor,” “bidder” or anysimilar terms used to reference the bidder shall mean the person or entityoffering a proposal in response to this request for proposal.
