    1. Mobilize equipment and materials and establish site security2. Airlift anticipated fill from the bottom of the well utilizing an open-ended airlift pipe3. Conduct a pre-construction downhole well video survey to document existing conditions4. Brush blank and screen sections of casing, then remove anticipated fill from well bottom5. Conduct deviation and alignment surveys6. Furnish and install well liner7. Furnish and install formation stabilizer, then consolidate using Airburst® method8. Conduct chemical rehabilitation and subsequently remove chemicals from well9. Conduct dual swab airlifting of well screen to remove fines and further consolidate formation stabilizer. Remove anticipated fill via bailing or open end airlifting.10. Conduct downhole well video survey11. Install test pump, piping, and valving. Develop the well using pumping and surging methods12. Conduct well and aquifer testing using the test pump for an 8-hour step rate test and 24-hour constant rate test13. Remove the test pump and anticipated fill from the well bottom14. Chlorinate the well prior to permanent pump installation15. Interpret test pumping results to design, furnish, and install permanent NSF compliant water flush pumping equipment16.
