    Notice is hereby given by the City of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, that it will receive electronic Bids for the Well No. 12 Well Facility project through www.questcdn.com until 11 A.M. CST on August 11, 2026. Bids will be opened in the City's conference room at Fitchburg City Hall, 5520 Lacy Road, Fitchburg, Wisconsin, on the same date, at 11 A.M. CST. No Bids will be considered unless submitted on the official Bid Form at www.questcdn.com. The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities in Bidding, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual time of opening Bids. Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of construction of a new well facility with pump room, two chemical rooms, a generator room, and two bathrooms; modifying the pressure relief valve at the Swan Creek PRV Station; removing the hydropneumatics pressure tank and modifying the chemical injection locations at Well No. 7; modifying the automated controls for Well Nos. 10 and 11; and replacing the remote monitoring equipment controllers and radios at up to 12 water utility facilities.
