Bids shallbe submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked “Price Proposal” and “Technical Proposal” with theproject name “City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Line - Bid Package #4”. For furtherdetails refer to Specification Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, Section 8 Submissions of Bids. AnyBid proposal received after 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on April 14th, 2026 will be returned unopened.No bid proposal may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may,however, be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.A mandatory pre-bid conference for all Bidders is scheduled for 2:00 PM prevailing time on March 31st,2026. Immediately following the pre-bid meeting at 3:30 PM, a site visit will be conducted to give potentialbidders an opportunity to visit the site. The pre-bid will be virtual at the link provided on the officialwebsite below and made available to all bidders.
