Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST MARY STREET ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE THE WEST MARY STREET & WEST MOORE STREET. ITB # 26-03-001 WEST MARY STREET ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS will be received, by the City of Dublin, at Dublin City Hall, 100 South Church Street, Dublin, GA 31021, until 2:00 pm local time on April 13, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. This work will reconstruct West Mary Street (Division 1), which will include, but may not be limited to, new pavement, base as required, curb and gutter, catch basins, storm drainage and sidewalks and any other appurtenances necessary for the work. Division 2 of this project will improve the drainage along Moore Street, which will include new storm drainage piping, associated asphalt removal and replacement, catch basins, curb and gutter, and all other appurtenances necessary for the work. Division 2 work is NOT subject to CDBG funding and conditions. This will be in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the ITB. This agreement is for services related to the project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub.
