    Q (Licensing): The bid docs currently require a General Contractor License. Please consider changing this requirement to a Building Contractor License. Per Chapter 489, FL, a GC license is needed for commercial structures 3 stories and higher. We currently hold a Building Contractor license and are performing similar civil work on other local airfield projects. We’ve also had our Building Contractor license accepted elsewhere in FL for similar projects, and have completed similar scale and larger projects to include FAA airfield projects in multiple states.
