The business needs access for their customers Monday through Friday from 6AM to 5PM. Contractor to develop a construction staging plan, in collaboration with the business owner, to their satisfaction, to complete the work in front of the business with minimum disruption. Staging plan to be submitted to the City and business owners for approval prior to the work starting. Bid Item No. 18 is a lump sum bid to pothole all existing utilities prior to work. The purpose of potholing is to identify any potential conflict with the location of these utilities (vertical) with the depth of pulverization.
