Scope of Work

The project scope includes 5,860 linear feet of 8-inch C-900 PVC Force Main, 7,395 linear feet of 8-inch DR11 HDPE force main directionally drilled, 1,043 linear feet of 8-inch DR11 HDPE force main directionally drilled at canal, and 10 linear feet of 8-inch PVC DR18 gravity sewer. A lift station including a collector manhole will also be constructed along Headwaters Commerce Street. The project also includes five (5) bid alternates as follows: 1. Upsize the force main from an 8-inch dia. pipe to a 10-inch dia. pipe. 2. Install an additional lift station as shown within the construction documents. 3. Install an additional lift station as shown within the construction documents. 4. Install 16-inch DR11 HDPE pipe beneath the Fellsmere Water Control District’s Canal as shown and detailed within the construction documents. 5. Install an additional 3,953 linear feet of 8-inch C-900 PVC Force Main and 8 linear feet of 6-inch C-900 PVC Force Main and connect to existing 6-inch Force Main as shown and detailed within the construction documents.

Pre-Bid Conference

NON-MANDATORY A NON-Prebid Conference meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026 at 3:00 pm Local Time at the OWNERS offices (City Council Chambers at 22 S. Orange St. Fellsmere, FL 32948). BIDDERS are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to be present to hear all discussions pertinent to this project.
