The City of Weston (the “CITY) is accepting informal quotes for Weston Community Center Restroom Renovations. Quotes shall be accepted from qualified and experienced CONTRACTORs to furnish: all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary for the renovation of two (2) restrooms at the Community Center building. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing tiles from the walls, floor and shower, and installing new tile. Removal and reinstallation of existing plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories and toilet partitions. Existing doors and frames to be painted, color to be selected by the City.
