    The Westracks Shuttle Pilot Program (Westracks) is a collaborative, multi-jurisdictional shuttle program designed to improve access to outdoor recreation and tourism-based destinations in the central foothills west of Denver. Westracks will establish a seamless connection between RTD’s W-Line and major sites between Golden and Morrison. By linking directly to the W-Line terminus in Golden, Westracks will provide people traveling from across the Denver metro area with a reliable, affordable transit option to reach trailheads, parks, and tourist destinations that have historically only been accessible by car. Our Goal is for Shuttle service to start on May 23, 2026. This RFP is for the Shuttle Service Portion of this project only. You will not be responsible for Exhibit A services but will work with the selected Vendor(s) from exhibit A.
