Reconstruction of Wheeler Street from Maxfield to Barlow consisting of removal existing asphalt and base material and installation of new geogrid, 7” crushed limestone base material, and 2” of Type ‘D’ HMAC, adjustment of existing valves and manholes, construction of new concrete valley gutters, installation of new drainage improvements, traffic control, etc.

Reconstruction of Pecan Lane from Air Base to Cloverleaf consisting of ROW preparation, removal existing asphalt and base material and installation of new geogrid, 7”crushed limestone base material, and 2” of Type ‘D’ HMAC, adjustment of existing valves and manholes, installation of new culverts, traffic control, revegetation, etc. There are also add alternates for removal and replacement of existing fence along the ROW.
