Each class session will last twenty-two weeks (22), and the Contractor must provide services during this period within the designated dining hall or other areas as directed by the Academy. New class sessions begin each January and July. Cadets are supplied with meals three (3) times a day, seven (7) days a week, while in residence. Classes are comprised both male and female youth, aged 16-19. The total number of meals provided can vary from month to month, from a low of 6,000 to a high of 10,000 depending on the number of Cadets enrolled each day of the month and the number and type of events scheduled for that month.
