Electronic Proposals must be submitted through the Bonfire Portal before, 2:00 PM EST on January 12, 2026. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to assure that the proposal is submitted to the Department of Procurement Services, Bonfire Platform prior to the opening date and time specified. The Bonfire electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award.
