The Project extends primarily along the north and south sides of WY22 through downtown Wilson, Wyoming. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Teton County, Wyoming Department of Public Works. Complete digital bidding documents for the Wilson Active Transportation Project, Construction are available beginning April 15, 2026 on Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com (Bid Id: 208237). Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Projectwill be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM MDTat the Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center, located at 5655 Main Street, Wilson, Wyoming 83014. A site visit will be included in the mandatory pre-bid conference and additional site visits may be made by the contractor at any time. Bids from general contractors that are not present at the pre-bid conference will not be accepted. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be submitted via Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com (Bid Id: 208237) no later than Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 5:00 PM MDT. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Teton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, base or alternate, and to waive all informalities. Teton County, Wyoming may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
