    The work to be done encompasses the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the completion of valve insertions into the live Windham Water Works water distribution system at the following locations: • 8-inch valve insertion on asbestos concrete pipe near 478 Valley Street, Willimantic, CT • 10-inch valve insertion on asbestos concrete pipe near intersection of Airport Road and Stone Gate Drive, North Windham, CT • 12-inch valve insertion on cast iron pipe near 258 Mansfield Ave, Willimantic, CT All valve inserts shall be of the Open Left (black operating nut) type. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work and as herein specified.
