Wiseman Blvd & Cottonwood Way Turn Lane Improvements

The scope of this project is for the construction of a new westbound right-turn lane on Wiseman Blvd at Cottonwood Way which will alleviate traffic. This work also consists of modifications to a traffic signal pole and pedestrian ramps on the northeast corner of the intersection.  

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Bexar County Public Works Building, Board Room, 1948 Probandt Street, San Antonio, Texas, 78214.

 

Deadline for Questions are due by Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. through www.civcastusa.com in the Q&A portal or to the Senior Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org (CC: dwegmann@bexar.org). After all questions have been answered, an addendum will be issued on CivCast. You will be notified of this addendum automatically through email.

Sealed bids for furnishing all the labor and materials and doing all work in connection with the WT Montgomery Road Extension Phase 1E & 1F Project will be received by the Bexar County Purchasing Department, 1103 S. Frio, Purchasing Suite, San Antonio, Texas, 78207, until exactly 10:00 A.M., local time on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud. Time is of the essence. Bids received after the exact time and date set for submission above will be returned unopened. Online bidding is also available through www.civcastusa.com.
