The work that is the subject of the bid comprises the raising and lowering of manholes, valves, and monuments in relation to West Jordan’s planned pavement overlay areas for the 2026 OVERLAY MANHOLE RAISING PROJECT (the “Work”). Pavement overlay will be performed by others. The Work includes raising and lowering of manholes, valves, and monuments for overlay areas as well as miscellaneous manholes and valves throughout the City that require raise or collar replacement. It is essential that work pertaining to the overlay areas be completed quickly so as not to delay overlay work.
