    Scope of Work: Furnish and deliver a new Skiff Boat with Boat Motor and Trailer, Carolina Skiff E18 JVX TH or Approved Equal for Water Management Division operational use.Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements: Not applicable to this solicitation.Request for Approved Equals (RFAE): Vendors may submit for Broward County's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification for this solicitation. The RFAE form must be submitted by email to Katie Efrece at KEfrece@broward.org, no later than 5:00 PM on March 5, 2026. Late requests will not be considered. The County's response to any such request will be issued by addendum.Bid Price: Vendor's price shall be inclusive of any additional fees including but not limited to Florida Disposal Fees, and Items listed in the Specification and Requirements that may be deemed as Optional Items.Basis of Award: Award of this solicitation will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on a total bid price (sum of all items) basis. Per General Conditions, Section B.7, the County reserves the right to award as deemed in its best interest. The County reserves the right to award on a (if applicable), item by item basis or toral bid price basis, whichever is deemed to be in the County's best Interest.Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation requirements. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bonfire BPRO by the Question due date. The County will respond to questions in Bonfire BPRO (Messages section).Submittals: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically through Bonfire BPRO and receive a Submission Receipt. It is solely the Vendor's responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire BPRO by the closing date and time. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit in advance of the closing date and time. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Bonfire for submittal instructions. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting a document, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Bonfire BPRO for technical assistance.
