    The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Woodside Water Main Replacement. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

    Project work includes the replacement of approximately 333 feet of 4-inch water main, 15 feet of 6-inch water main, 10,447 feet of 8-inch water main, 352 feet of 10-inch water main, 8 feet of 14-inch water main, and 121 feet of 16-inch water main; relocation of approximately 514 feet of 4-inch water main, 315 feet of 6-inch water main, 5,213 feet of 8-inch water main, and 611 feet of 10-inch water main; and installation through pipebursting of approximately 96 feet of 8-inch water main as well as approximately 8,414 feet of water house connections to serve Luzerne Avenue and various streets in the Silver Spring area of Montgomery County, Maryland.
