    You are hereby invited by Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (hereinafter referred to as "GCISD" or the "District") to submit a proposal for this Request for Proposals (RFP). Please see RFP "Scope of Service and Performance Requirements" section of the attributes for all the specific details requested. No quantities are guaranteed. All fees for items or services required in the Specification and/or Scope of Work/Services, or other reimbursement arrangements must be disclosed. Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is appreciated. Any proposal received later than the specified time is disqualified. The District is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office shall be the official time of receipt. Proposals may not be submitted by facsimile or email. This RFP is issued in accordance with Texas Education Code §44.031 and applicable local procurement policies.
