Any proposal received later than the specified time is disqualified. The District is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office shall be the official time of receipt. Proposals may not be submitted by facsimile or email. This RFP is issued in accordance with Texas Education Code §44.031 and applicable local procurement policies.
