THIS IS NOT A BID
The Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation (Division), is proposing to purchase statistical information generated by the WCRI to measure the performance of the Florida Workers' Compensation System based upon several performance benchmarks studied by WCRI and in comparison, to other states involved in the study. This information will, in turn, be used to carry out the Division’s obligation in regard to the State’s workers’ compensation system and to direct potential legislative changes that may be necessary to ensure the stability of the Florida Workers' Compensation System.
Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than April 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM (ET).
If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Information Portal, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
Please see the attached PUR 7776 form for additional information.
