Workers Compensation Third Party Administration

The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Workers Compensation Third Party Administration for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on Thursday, June 18, 2026, through the Procurement Portal.

Background

The School District of Greenville County (SDGC, GCS or District) is seeking proposals for Third Party Administration (TPA) services for its Self-Insured Workers Compensation Insurance Program anticipated effective July 1, 2026. The following information and specifications have been developed as a basis for proposals in response to SDGC’s request.

Evaluation Criteria

• Cost of the TPA service as proposed. Proposers shall complete the Pricing Sheet that is included in this solicitation. (50 pts)
• Proposer service capabilities and qualifications. (45 pts) —

  Example: Personnel provided to administer the program, support required from District staff, experience, financial responsibility and stability of the proposing firm.

• Adherence to solicitation specifications and requirements. (5 pts)
