Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Human Resources Department and Compliance and Ethics Office, seeks proposals from qualified third-party administrators to provide day-to-day claims management and/or managed care services for the County’s workers’ compensation program (“Program”). The County is evaluating whether to contract with a single TPA for both claims management and managed care services or two separate TPAs. Respondents offering both services must provide options for contracting both services or contracting a single service. Respondents are asked to describe in their proposals the scope of services necessary to efficiently and effectively deliver workers’ compensation administration on behalf of the County.
