Workplace Refreshment Services - The Ohio State University

The Ohio State University and OSU Wexner Medical Center are seeking innovative, service driven partners to elevate our office coffee and snack experience. OSU is looking for providers who bring modern equipment, exceptional service, and a commitment to operational excellence for our program value is $800,00 annually.

Four Distinct Service Lots Suppliers may bid on any combination of the following:

• Lot 1 – Full‑Service Managed OCS: White‑glove, on‑site service including:
• Lot 2 – Specialty Hot Beverage Equipment + Direct‑Ship Products
• Lot 3 – Filtered Water Equipment Managed
• Lot 4 – Direct‑Ship Snacks

Qualified partners will demonstrate:
•    A proven 5 year history of delivering large scale office coffee or direct ship snack programs.
•    Access to state-of-the-art equipment and fresh, high-quality products.
•    A dedicated account manager, available around the clock to support our 24/7 environment.
•    Local, responsive service teams for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
•    A disciplined semiannual audit process to ensure equipment performance and compliance.
•    Ability to deliver training sessions twice per year for individual account leaders.
•    Strong references from three comparable clients.
•    A program structure that is free of hidden fees and requires no minimum orders.
•    EDI based transaction processing
•    Full compliance with all OSU and OSUMC policies, including safety, workplace standards, and access requirements.
