San Marco Unified School District is seeking quotes for QQ-WPMS-1 WPMS Table Tennis. Quotes are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/smusd no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Questions shall be submitted through the e-procurement portal no later than 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

All bid prices must include all costs, including, but not limited to, variable costs; such as: labor, fuel, containers, and utilities.
No bid shall include California sales or use tax, or Federal excise tax.
No charge for packing, draying, postage, express, or for any other purpose will be allowed over and above the prices quote.
Any addenda or bulletins issued by the District during the time of quoting or forming a part of the documents issued to the vendor for the preparation of the quote shall be covered in the quote and shall be made a part of the contract.
Any vendor may withdraw their quote, through the e-procurement portal, at any time prior to the scheduled time for opening of bids. No vendor may withdraw their quote for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor(s) based on line, category and/or lump sum. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any quotes or in the documents.
