    Workforce Resource Inc. dba Workforce Solutions NorthTexas (WSNT) Board is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify andengage an eligible, qualified, and experienced entity to manage and operate theWorkforce Centers in the North Texas Workforce Development Area (WDA). This RFPspecifically seeks proposals to oversee the operation and staffing of fourWorkforce Centers and one Mobile Office located within North Texas. WSNT servesthe Texas counties of Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack,Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger and Young.
