    This project will remove both of the existing gateway signs at the entrance to the Tri-Cities Campus and in front of the Wine Science Center. Construct new concrete and basalt signs at each location. There is electric at both locations which power the lights for the signs, and that will need to be removed and reinstalled. Landscaping around the signs will need to be restored to match existing. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by September 18, 2026. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project Physical address: 2710 Crimson Way, Richland WA 99354 Bid Estimate: $200,000 to $250,000 Alternate No.1 – Third Gateway sign on corner of University Drive and Crimson Way.
