The project includes the reconstruction of Wycliffe Avenue from Oak Lawn Avenue to West of Glenwood Avenue. The existing standpipe, culverts, and headwall at Turtle Creek are to
be removed and replaced with a channel and bridge at the Wycliffe Avenue crossing. The project also includes storm drain, water, sanitary sewer, illumination, and landscape improvements.
