    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 11, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Yellowtail Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA) Pipeline Replacement, located at east of Lovell, Wyoming at 44.879761,-108.222174,14.92. Project Description: This project will consist of the removal and installation of pipe at the Yellowtail WHMA. The project will include all mobilization, equipment, materials, and labor. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 starting at the Yellowtail WHMA, east of Lovell, WY in Big Horn County. Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 28, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 28, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. August 11, 2026.
