Such proposals may be submitted electronically using the County’s eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/co-wayne-ny-us OR by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 pm prevailing time on Friday, August 14, 2026. If the contractor &/or subcontractor will provide or furnish professional services under this contract, through a delegation of professional design services or otherwise, then the Contractor & subcontractor shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining applicable professional liability insurance
