Youth Multi-Sport (Baseball, Basketball & Football) Program Contract Services

The City of Lake Forest is seeking applications from organizations interested in offering Youth Multi-Sport (Baseball, Basketball & Football) programing to the City of Lake Forest. As part of the City’s Recreation and Contract Instructor Procurement Process, staff is accepting applications to provide this programming through a Sports Program Services Agreement at the Lake Forest Sports Park.

Interested organizations are invited to submit an application, which will serve as a formal proposal under the City’s procurement process. The application will request key information such as instructor experience and qualifications, a proposed class schedule, and general background about the organization, vendor, or instructor. All proposals will be reviewed in accordance with the City’s established Guidelines to ensure a fair and equitable evaluation process.
