    The Department of the Attorney General, Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division (CPJAD), as the State Administering Agency for the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Grant Program, requests proposals from eligible applicants, including non-profit organizations and government agencies, to provide direct services to crime victims in Hawaii. Applicants which have previously registered and have been approved on CPJAD eGrants do not need to re-register. Instructions for registration can be found on the Welcome Screen on CPJAD eGrants, https://cpjadegrants.intelligrants.com, and on CPJAD's website, https://ag.hawaii.gov/cpja/gp under CPJAD eGrants (online Grants Management System). Approximation of total funds available for this Request for Proposals (RFP) is $2.9 million. Funding will be for a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $500,000 for a two-year project period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. There is no match requirement for this application; a 100% match waiver is granted to all applicants. Additional points may be awarded for applicants serving 1) crime victims of child abuse or 2) crime victims of sexual assault; and 3) victims of violent crimes residing in rural and geographically isolated areas. The proposal is due in CPJAD eGrants on April 15, 2025, at 4:30 pm HST.
