    Additional Requirements:

    • Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor.  
    • Where space is located above street level, elevator service shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the Government.
    • Space shall not be more than twice as long as it is wide.
    • Contiguous space on one floor is required.
    • Column size cannot exceed two (2’) feet square and space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than 20 feet.
    • Public transit is required within a walkable 1,320 feet from the offered building.

    Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

    Please reference Project Number 0NC2162 when submitting Expressions of Interest.  If known, please include the information below.

    • Building name and address.
    • Location of space in the building and date of availability.
    • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full-service rental rate per RSF;
    • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full-service rental rate per ABOA SF;
    • Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space and a building elevation plan to scale.
    • Provide site map demonstrating the property lines.
                • Evidence that the offered space will meet the other specific requirements identified herein; 
                • Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by written consent from the ownership granting authority to the representative in providing the information to the Government; and in cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide                     written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.

    Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible.
