124TH FW DINING FACILITY ATTENDANTS AND COOKS

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial acquisition using FAR parts 12, 13, and 15. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor shall the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting.

The Idaho Air National Guard (IDANG), 124TH Force Support Squadron (FSS) has a requirement for Food Service Contractors to provide in garrison support for the Dining Facility, on Gowen Field.

The procurement is 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 722310 with a size standard of $47 million. Any resultant contract will be effective for one (1) twelve-month Base Period, and may include up to four (4) twelve-month Option Periods which may be exercised at the Government’s discretion.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, clauses, and provisions, as will be stated in the eventual solicitation.

The tentative issue date for the actual solicitation is thirty (30) days from this posting. Proposals will be due no less than thirty (30) days after the issuance of any solicitation. Additionally, the tentative start date for the contract resulting of such solicitation is May 1, 2026.

This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
