1. Description of Requirement The 127th MXS has a requirement for the procurement of specialized, handheld aviation diagnostic test sets. The intended sole source is: AMFIL Aviation Consulting LLC CAGE Code: 8UAX3 UEI: NKT6WV2129J9 Market research has indicated that AMFIL Aviation Consulting LLC is the only HUBZone-certified small business concern with the technical capability and authorization to provide these specific diagnostic test systems, which are essential to the agency's mission requirements. 3. Notice of Intent This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available at this time. However, all responsible HUBZone-certified sources who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested firms must provide detailed information demonstrating their technical ability and authorization to supply these specific test sets that meet all of the Government's salient characteristics. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact listed no later than the listed date and time in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
