146 FS DFAC CLEANING SERVICES

This announcement is for information and planning purposes.  It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

The California Air National Guard, 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW) Channel Islands ANG Station, Port Hueneme has a requirement entitled: 146 FS Dining Facility (DFAC) Cleaning Services.  The 146th AW intends to solicit quotes in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 

The general scope of services requires the Contractor to perform DFAC Cleaning Services to include cleaning and sanitizing dining area, kitchen area and cooking equipment, serving line, salad bar, beverage area, dishware and utensils, replenishing condiments, and maintaining quality control during Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends estimated at approximately two (2) days per month.  All food preparation and food service are completed by military personnel.  The place of cleaning service performance is the California Air National Guard Station, 146th Airlift Wing Channel Islands, 100 Mulcahey Dr, Port Hueneme, California.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $22.0 Million.

This Sources Sought is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB).  It is published for market research purposes only in accordance with RFO FAR Part 10.
