The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is May 27, 2025 with a projected closing date of June 26, 2025. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). This solicitation is set-aside as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 36411, Aircraft Manufacturing, with an applicable size standard of 1,500 employees. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services to the Contracting Officer by the response date of this notice.
