The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U. S. Penitentiary - Lee, Pennington Gap, VA intends to issue solicitation 15B11725Q00000013 for the requirements of 48' Spring Slide Flatbed Trailer. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery date of June 20,2025. Deliveries will be made to U. S. Penitentiary - Lee, Lee County Industrial Park Hickory Flats Road Pennington Gap, VA 24277. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotations will be evaluated on price and past performance. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result in the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
