The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina, intends to issue solicitation 15B30325Q00000012 for the requirement of: QUARTERLY BREAD/DAIRY. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, and the delivery dates will be every Monday except for holidays, with the first delivery being on July 1, 2025. Should any scheduled delivery fall on a holiday, delivery will be made on the next business day, unless otherwise specified by the food service department. Food Service reserves the right to make weekly adjustments on quantities and schedule, if needed, based on institutional needs. The contracting official intends to make this award on an all or none basis. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 15, 2025 and will be posted to the Beta.SAM.gov website: http://beta.sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAMS) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees DUNS/UEI number into the SAMS database.
