Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. If only one source provides a quote, this will be treated as sole source. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein. \ The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the solicitatation date to 09 APR 2025.
