Line Items: CLIN 0001 : Ballistic Guard House 5’ wide X 8’ long X 8’ High, UL752 Level 3 Minimum Specifications/Prefabricated Buidling Specs: UL 752 Level 3 Elements: All material used for exterior walls: ¼” certified steel plates, UL752 Level 3 (2) 36” X 80” Bullet resistant UL 752 Level 3 solid sliding door, latch lock, weather stripping. Door to be glazed with UL Level 3 clad polycarbonate glazing, tinted 360 Degree view UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant windows tinted, and fixed glad polycarbonate glass mounted against ballistic walls, 36” tall. (1) UL 752 Level 3 AC shroud welded around the AC opening Other building elements: 3” structural steel tubing frame Insulation: R-18 VCT flooring (color TBD) Exterior wall panels factory finish UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant protection exterior face, 16 ga heavy duty steel interior, panels galvanized and mechanically fastened. New prefabricated gate shack will need to be delivered and placed on existing pad where previous gate shack existed.
