19SG2024Q0031 JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR U.S EMBASSY DAKAR

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide janitorial services to U.S. Embassy Dakar, Senegal.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Sections 3 and 4 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site.  The pre-proposal conference will be held on October 03, 2024, at 08:00 AM. (local time) to go through the details of this solicitation and allow interested parties to ask any questions they may have concerning the request for proposals and to view the sites where the services are to be provided.

For anyone from your firm who wishes to attend; please send your company name and UEI number, the national identification number and nationality of the person attending the conference to dakarsolicitation@state.gov or/and Dakarprocurements@state.gov no later than September 25, 2024.

Quotations are due by October 31, 2024, at 12:00 noon. (local time).  No proposals will be accepted after this time.  Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your proposals must be submitted electronically to dakarsolicitation@state.gov.

In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1. SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30).  Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option years.

3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications

4. Additional information as required in Section 3

5. Proof of SAM Registration
