2 NEW SUV VEHICLES

The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, General Services Office (GSO) Contracting and Procurement, seeks a company; qualified, reliable, responsible and responsive with sufficient resources and work experience to provide a quotation for two (2) SUV Vehicles for the U.S. Embassy Montevideo. For a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the due date.

• Transmision 6-speed Skyactive automatic with sequential mode.

• Adjustable driver’s seat (electric or manual)

• Minimum trunk capacity: 506 liters
• Year of the model: Ex 2025 onwards
• Type of Vehicle: SUV
• Color: black/white/grey/Silver/blue dark
• Engine and vehicle manufacturer warranty for a minimum of 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Official service must be available at Montevideo, Uruguay.
• Delivery: immediate delivery will be valued, accepted delivery at Montevideo Uruguay up to 3 (three) months maximum.

You may submit your quotation to MontevideoProcurement@state.gov until 11:30 a.m. on August 29th, 2025. Late offers will not be considered.

Your bid should comprise of:

• SF-18 Completed
• Detailed information and specifications of the proposed equipment; delivery date; as well as the maintenance schedule for the first year.

All interested vendors must have an active registration on the SAM.gov portal.
