Notice of Potential Rescheduling – FED Industry Day

Due to the current government shutdown, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (FED), may reschedule the upcoming FED Industry Day.
A final determination will be made, and an update will be posted no later than 20 October 2025.

2025 FED Industry Day

Date/Time: Tuesday, 28 October 2025, 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Korea Standard Time)
Location: Morning Calm Center, U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, Republic of Korea

Purpose

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Far East District (FED), invites interested parties to participate in the 2025 FED Industry Day. This event provides industry partners a valuable opportunity to network with Government personnel and other contractors (large, small, U.S., and local), and to learn about upcoming business opportunities with USACE-FED.

Who Should Attend

This event is open to all industries, including but not limited to:

• Construction
• Architecture & Engineering
• Supplies & Services
• Other related sectors

Tentative Agenda

• 09:00 – 10:00: Introductions and Program Overview & Potential Workload & Design-Build-To- Budget
• 10:00 – 12:00: Contracting Requirements including updated CMMC implementation and SOFA compliance & Q&A Session

Note: The presentation will be conducted in English only. No translation services will be provided.

Participation

• Attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) individuals per company.
• RSVP Deadline: Submit the following to Ms. Sonya Sharp (sonya.s.sharp@usace.army.mil) by 3 October 2025, 15:30 KST.

2. Name(s) of up to two (2) individuals attending
3. Title/Position of each individual

Base Access Requirements

For participants without base access to Camp Humphreys, the following information must be provided no later than 17 October 2025, 15:30 KST:

1. Full Name(s) of attendees (maximum two (2))
2. Nationality
3. Passport Number (for U.S./foreign nationals) or Korean ID Number (for ROK citizens)
4. Vehicle information: Make/Model, License Plate, Insurance Policy Number & Expiration Date
5. Telephone Number

Mandatory: Individuals must present a valid Korean Driver’s License or Korean Identification Card at the gate to confirm the ID number submitted in advance. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
