At the request of DOT NHTSA, this years test vehicle will be a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid (AWD), selected for its specifications, internal powertrain characteristics, and strong market presence. UChicago Argonne, LLC is seeking ONE (1) vehicle that meets the requirements are as follows: Make and Model: 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Options/Trims: Mandatory All Wheel Drive (AWD) model, standard (included) in the following trims: Trail Sport or Sport Touring Mileage requirements: New vehicle, low accumulated mileage is acceptable Color / Interior: No preference Tires: Factory Standard Vehicle will be covered under Argonnes general fleet liability insurance. Argonne reserves the right to request an appointment for a vehicle review prior to final award. The contractor should be located no more than 200 miles from Lemont, IL 60439 to facilitate scheduling a vehicle inspection and test drive. Evaluation will be based upon the LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE OFFER of either of the suggested trim levels.
