2026 SPONSORSHIP OF THE AGLPA ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source purchase order in the amount of $30,000.00 to the American Great Lakes Ports Association, Inc., under authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the 2026 Sponsorship of the AGLPA Annual Conference. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 813910.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.  This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the 2026 Sponsorship of the AGLPA Annual Conference. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award to the American Great Lakes Ports Association, Inc., Washington, DC 20005.
