Whether the business source is a manufacturer or authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer; and Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333112 for the proposed acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking potential sources for a TRACTOR to be provided for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601. All items shall be new; refurbished/used items are not acceptable. Purchase of ONE - tractor. Contractor shall provide one tractor ride on mower to Chillicothe VA Medical Center. The tractor shall be considered equal if it has the following salient characteristics: 1- General requirements Diesel liquid cooled engine Dual Wheel, heavy-duty all-terrain tires Footrest-pedals are preferable All-weather deluxe cab enclosure with heater Quick disconnect heater hose kit Front and rear LED light kit.
